Rahman
Arch. Mostaqur Rahman, a Director of ABC Building Products Limited, Chairman of ABC Real Estates Limited and a Director of Associated Builders Corporation Ltd. graduated from BUET, Faculty of Architecture in 1970 and started his career in 1971 after forming an engineering construction & consulting firm named “SREEJONI”. He joined in ABC in 1977 as a Director.
As Director-in-Charge, he executed various types of projects including Power Stations, High Rise Buildings, Pharmaceutical Factories, Fertilizer Factories, and Bridges etc. He is responsible for all Architectural design, Head Office administration, Planning of site management, Procurement of supplies, materials etc.
Subhash
Chandra Ghosh
Mr. Subhash Chandra Ghosh, a Civil Engineer, joined Associated Builders Corporation Ltd. as Director in 1978 after a sharp and successful career in construction with Yakub Limited since 1966. Specializing in R.C.C. works and precise project management, he has been in charge of numerous illustrious construction projects of Reinforced Concrete Structures in nearly the last five decades.
With his vast knowledge and hands-on experience on Concrete and RMC, Mr. Ghosh has been guiding ABC BPL since its conception phase.
He is the current Vice President of Bangladesh Association of Construction Industry (BACI).
Mr. Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, as the Chairman of ABC Building Products Limited oversees business development, finance and organizational policy designs of the same.
He is Director of ABC Real Estates Limited, Associated Builders Corporation Limited, Shamsuddin Towels Limited and the Chairman of Banga Garments Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd.
He obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies, UK and a Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies in UK.
Apart from business, Mr. Chowdhury has a keen interest in other essential spheres of life like education and sports.
Nashid Islam
Mr. Nashid Islam, a Director of ABC Building Products Limited, ABC Real Estates Limited and Associated Builders Corporation Limited, graduated in Civil and Structural Engineering [MS (Civil & Structure)] from Moscow Civil Engineering Institute, Russia in 1992. After working few years in ABC, he went for higher studies in USA and obtained Certificate in Construction Management from New York University in 1995 and worked with Systematic Management Services Inc. in New York, USA. Upon returning, he engaged himself in construction and Real Estate sector of ABC.
He is a Chartered Engineer of UK [C.Eng (UK)] and a Professional Engineer of Bangladesh [P.Eng(B)]. These are professional qualifications and accepted as recognized professional qualifications all over the world.
Ms. Srabanti Datta has accomplished BSBA majoring in Marketing & Legal Studies from USA and has been looking after the Business Development and Marketing department of ABC Real Estates Limited since 2002. A Director of ABC Real Estates Limited, she oversees the administration of ABC Building Products Limited.
Being a former student of Holy Cross School & College and Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Dhaka University, she maintains a wide professional and social network.
Apart from the professional responsibilities, Ms. Datta is also an active enthusiast of art, culture & social welfare.
Mr. Shougata Ghosh, an Electrical and Computer Engineer, has completed his MS Engineering from Princeton University, USA and Bachelors from University of Virginia, USA.
He has been involved in the Real Estate sector since 2010. He looks after Business Development, Engineering and Finances.
Mr. Ghosh is also the Director of CSL Software Resources Ltd (CslSoft), one of the oldest
IT companies of Bangladesh. CslSoft specializes in Enterprise level solutions (ERPs, HRMS, Mobile Apps, etc.) for the RMG sector and other industry verticals.
